H2S is an essential gas signal molecule in cells, and viscosity is a key internal environmental parameter. Recent studies have shown that H2S acts as a cytoarchitecture agent and gas transmitter in many tissues, e.g., as a regulator of neuroendocrine in the brain for mediating vascular tone in blood vessels. Mitochondrial viscosity is an important parameter for judging whether mitochondrial function is normal. It has been reported that oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction are connected with Parkinson’s disease (PD), and the protective role of H2S in PD models has been extensively demonstrated. Herein, Mito-HS, a new two-photon fluorescent probe was demonstrated to detect cross-talk between the two channels of mitochondrial viscosity and H2S content. Moreover, this probe could detect the relative amount of and changes in mitochondrial H2S in situ due to the reduced mitochondrial targeting ability after reaction with H2S. The results show that H2S in mitochondria is inversely related to viscosity. The PD model has a lower H2S in mitochondria and a higher mitochondrial viscosity than did the normal. This result is important for our deep understanding of PD and its causes.  相似文献

Photocatalytic syngas (CO and H2) production with CO2 as gas source not only ameliorates greenhouse effect, but also produces valuable chemical feedstocks. However, traditional photocatalytic systems require noble metal or suffers from low yield. Here, we demonstrate that S vacancies ZnIn2S4 (VS-ZnIn2S4) nanosheets are an ideal photocatalyst to drive CO2 reduction into syngas. It is found that building S vacancies can endow ZnIn2S4 with stronger photoabsorption, efficient electron–hole separation, and larger CO2 adsorption, finally promoting both hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR). The syngas yield of CO and H2 is therefore significantly increased. In contrast to pristine ZnIn2S4, the syngas yield over VS-ZnIn2S4 can be improved by roughly ≈4.73 times and the CO/H2 ratio is modified from 1:4.18 to 1:1. Total amount of syngas after 12 h photocatalysis is as high as 63.20 mmol g−1 without use of any noble metals, which is even higher than those of traditional noble metal-based catalysts in the reported literatures. This work demonstrates the critical role of S vacancies in mediating catalytic activity and selectivity, and highlights the attractive ability of defective ZnIn2S4 for light-driven syngas production.  相似文献

Beim Isotopenaustauschsystem Hydrogensulfit (am Ionenaustauscher)/Schwefeldioxid (in wäβriger Lösung) wurden Verfahrensweise und Betriebsparameter hinsichtlich des Anreicherungsgrades optimiert. Mit Hilfe einer einfachen Methode gelang es, aus den Versuchsergebnissen Werle für den elementaren Trennfaktor und die Trennstufenhöhe zu berechnen.  相似文献

In this article we report the main experimental results obtained in the framework of the IST ATLAS project regarding the transmission at 40 Gb/s over long terrestrial links, including the frequency conversion of a signal. We report the single-channel 40 Gb/s transmission over a link 500 km long with an amplifier spacing of 100 km, both with G.652 fibers and G.653 fibers by periodically compensating the chromatic dispersion with dispersion-compensating fibers. We report the single-channel transmission at 40 Gb/s, also, after the wavelength conversion of a channel with both PPLN and semiconductor optical amplifier devices. In particular, 500 km distances are obtained with PPLN wavelength conversion and 300 km distances with semiconductor optical amplifiers. Some results have been reported for electronic devices operating at 40 Gb/s.  相似文献

Abstract

The isotopic composition (D, 18O, 87Sr, 3He) of thermal and mineral waters of Mongolia is discussed. The Sr-isotope ratio depends on the rock's contact. Near the Chubsugul-lake 3He-/4He-values are high. A certain similarity between the waters of Mongolia and those of East Siberia can be derived from the obtained data.  相似文献

We classify moduli spaces of arrangements of 10 lines with quadruple points. We show that moduli spaces of arrangements of 10 lines with quadruple points may consist of more than 2 disconnected components, namely 3 or 4 distinct points.
